Am I Moist Enough?

hmmm..i dont think so..the answer is NO..my skin is quite DRY and sometime can looks so rough..

OMG..that SCARED me ALOT..Dry skin will get me wrinkle so fast..I', worried that soon my skin will have alots of wrinkle especially my hand,elbow,lip and even my fingers.

Oh NO..I don't want to look like old lady..that really SCARY man..

But why my skin look so dry?

I'm not sure why..maybe because I'm working in Air-Conditioned enviroment 5 day a week from 9am to 6pm..

Oh..let me tell u guys..my office is the coolest place i ever Work in my entire life..it was so COLD and sometimes feel like i'm working in North Pole..even penguin can survive here..hahaha..

How am I going to do make sure my skin Moist Enough?

hmm..i heard people say we have to drink alot of water to prevent our skin from dryness..but when i do some research and found out Water also can cause dryness if we taking long shower or using too much hot water for bath..so from now and on I'm only gonna take cool
water for shower..no more hot water okay..

hmm..one more answer I got from my research is Moisturizer your skin with a good and reliable skin care product that can Protact,Prevent,Repair and Rescue my skin from dry.
